Terms of Service. (By placing an order through our website you agree to these terms of service (ToS) and agree that you have read and understood them)

1. Definitions

  • "You": Customer ordering via Kenopsia.store

  • "Goods/Products": All products that we are selling on our website.

2. Contract Formation (GDPR Art. 6 & Finnish Consumer Act §5:8)

  • Orders constitute a binding contract only upon our order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues).

3. Pricing & Payment (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83)

  • All prices in EUR (€), inclusive of VAT.

  • No hidden fees: Shipping costs displayed before checkout.

  • Remedies: Repair, replacement, or price reduction.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs (e.g., castle prints) are Kenopsia’s copyrighted property.

  • Unauthorized reproduction = immediate legal action.

8. Liability

  • Maximum liability: Purchase price of goods.

  • Excluded: Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

  • We are not liable for:

    • Rhinestone damage due to improper washing.

    • Color variations in DTG prints.
