1. Processing/Delivery Time

• Orders process in 1-3 business days (excludes weekends/holidays).

• Delays communicated via email. 

• Delivery time: [For pre-orders 3-6 weeks for production and additional 1-3 weeks for delivery. In stock items 2-14 Business days] (depending on your location).

• Delays exceeding 30 days (After the normal delivery time) entitle you to cancel for refund.

  2. Order Tracking

  • Tracking numbers emailed upon shipment.

  • Use carrier links to monitor delivery.

  • "Delivered" status = transfer of risk to you.
