Return and refund policy (By placing an order through our website you accept this policy and agree that you have read and understood them)

  1. 14-Day Return Window
  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery date

2. Non-Returnable Items
We DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS for:

  • Hoodies with any damage to rhinestones (loose/missing stones, scratches,)

  • DTG prints showing cracks, fading, or peeling (unless verified manufacturing defect)

  • Final sale items (clearance, promotions)

  • Items without original tags/packaging

3. Return Conditions
Items MUST BE:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and odor-free

  • Free of makeup, perfume, or deodorant stains

  • With all rhinestones fully intact and DTG prints flawless

  • In original packaging with tags attached
    Items failing inspection will be returned to you at your expense

4. Refund Rules

  • 15% restocking fee applied to all non-defective returns

  • Original shipping costs NOT refunded

  • Customer pays return shipping (use tracked/insured mail)

  • Refunds processed within 14 business days after approved return

5. Defect Claims (30-Day Warranty)
We cover manufacturing defects only:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof

  • Email: support@kenopsia.store with order # + evidence

  • Excludes damage from:
    → Improper washing (see washing guide)
    → Contact with jewelry/makeup near rhinestones
    → Normal wear

6. How to Return

  1. Email support@kenopsia.store within 14 days

  2. Include: Order # + reason + photos of issue

  3. WAIT FOR PRE-APPROVAL + RMA#

  4. Ship to: [Your Return Address] with RMA# visible

7. Special Care Requirements
By purchasing, you agree:

  • Rhinestones require hand-washing inside-out (NO bleach/ironing)

  • DTG prints must be washed cold/gently inside-out

  • Failure to follow care instructions voids return eligibility
